As Project Architect developed a range of residential projects commissions, from new artist lofts to one off homes, and partial modest renovations to gut renovations of Manhattan apartments. Scope included selection of all fixtures and finishes in close collaboration with clients. Scops also included selection of contractors and oversight of work during construction.
