Green Chimneys is a multi-faceted nonprofit organization helping young people to maximize their full potential by providing residential, educational, clinical and recreational services, in a safe and supportive environment that nurtures connections with their families, the community, animals and nature.

This project included an addition to an existing health care center and gut renovation of the existing to include all new MEP systems, new roof, cladding, windows and doors. The renovated portion of the building houses the administrative offices while the new addition houses the nursing station, patient bedrooms, exam rooms and the dental suite. The selection of exterior building materials and colors was in response to the color scheme of other buildings on the campus.

Being a neighbor of this campus and a member of the community at the time I oversaw the construction phase of this project working in close coordination with the contractor, client and end-users.
